HOW to make $100 per month in side hustle income

If you want to reach a savings goal, pay more toward your student loans, or just add some breathing room to your budget side hustles are a great way to make more money. I started the side hustle gig a few years ago with online Surveys then moved to gift card/money paying apps. I think everyone should have a side hustle. With today’s inflation it would be a great way to ease your financial burden.

1. Surveys

Join a focus group or take surveys. Want to get paid for sharing your opinion? Not a bad way to make some money in your down time. You can do these during your lunch break, laundry day, or on the weekend.

Just remember, these sites are looking for really specific things when they pick people. So, you might not qualify for every survey you see. Plus, you might have to answer a lot of surveys before you cash out, so it’s not a quick option.

Eureka– Cash earning survey with earning money doing a daily survey and several less than 10 minute ones. Once you cash out you will get to take another survey to start your balance off at around $2 and cash out at $5. Use my code 3X3XV9 on Eureka Surveys  if you sign up!

Branded Survey – Earn points for filling out surveys, which you can redeem for over 100 gift card options. I started using this site in 2022 and the pay out is ok but still would keep in the mix.

Surveys on the Go– Earn Quick cash for your opinion. This is one of my favorite survey sites. Just download the app and start earning. I normally make around $10-$20 per month.

2. Sell products on Etsy.

Are you crafty? Then maybe you should sell your crafty products on Etsy. Jewelry, scarves, paintings, hand-lettered inspirational prints and more—Etsy’s a great place to sell anything you’re good at making. You can also sell digital prints that you create like: From creating stationary and unique gifts, to household items, to printable or downloadable, the potential for selling your own stuff is limitless. The amazing thing about pintables is that you’re simply creating a document and you get paid when people download it!

I started my Etsy shop in 2022 and it was a good experience. I could quickly create printables while using Canva to display my images. Once you created, listed, and marketed your item the rest is passive income. Trust me if I can do as a DAD you can too!

Setting up a profile is simple, and listing a product is easy. Etsy charges $0.20 per listing and takes a percentage of the sale. But it’s worth it because people trust Etsy. Plus, you can buy your shipping labels on Etsy—which means you can send everything from your own mailbox

3. Start A Blog

This is my NEWEST side hustle (this blog was started as a side hustle), but it’s not an immediately income-producing opportunity. Starting and growing a blog does take time, but I estimate you can start earning at least $1,000 per month at the 12-month mark – if you do it consistently about 3 posting per week.

However, it does start slow, and it’s a lot of work. The growth potential of a blog is nearly limitless! So, if you’re looking for a long-term side hustle, this could be it!

4. Product Tube

Product Tube is a market research site that pays freelancers $5 to $35 for doing two-to four-minute product reviews on video. I have been using this for 3 years and make about $1,000 a year in Amazon gift cards. They only pay out in Amazon gift cards. I highly recommend this App.
Expected pay: $5-$35 per video.

Final Thoughts

Hopefully these give you some good insights into what I think makes a good side hustle. Plus, this list of the best side hustles goes a long way to making things happen.

Remember that personal finance is a PERSONAL journey so make a small step everyday!
